Spark wireless broadband in the Greytown area & particularly at our residence (inside the town) not consistent or grunty enough

Support has attempted to resolve the issues consistently.

Cons

Issues not resolved. Couldn't run smart TV, 2 mobiles & home PC wirelessly at the same time

I was a Slingshot customer from the beginning and found them satisfactory. However they had to be contacted to get upgrades. Never offered but would if matter perused. They also removed a free service without advising the change.

There was a slight confusion regarding discount on my account at the beginning but was resolved in a stupendous manner.

I moved to Eden Terrace recently, used my personal hot spot from my mobile phone of 2degrees; thinking I’d save some money. I was so wrong. Then, I signed up to Freedom Internet, I feel very comfortable and free.
