Amazing company with the best ever customer service. I moved from another company because no one took the time to get to the bottom of our connectivity issues but thankfully the amazing staff at Now did this for us. Couldn't be more grateful.

Love using NOW Wifi for my flat. 5 Uni students and we never have any issues with connectivity/speed. We rely heavily on wifi for studies and we feel great about NOW. The team are so supportive and friendly when I have queries re my account or my payments they are so helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I've used bigpipe for years, connection is always rock solid and fast. They are a little more expensive than some ISPs but I prefer an ISP with a lower contention ratio, and to have high speed all the time.

I have been a long time customer 5+years, 3 different addresses.
The customer service is quick and efficient, not ages waiting for someone to answer the phone. All calls are answered quickly and problems sorted efficiently.

Zero response for a simple transfer of house. I didn't choose them, I got pushed on to this provider after my old plan expired, and there was a noticeable decline in service. Took Them a week to even catch up to my leaving email, and I found a much better provider a long time ago.

No actual customer service. The automated phone service just hung up on me a dozen times, no matter which menu item I choose. You don't want to keep me as a customer? message taken.

If always need technical support, don't pick 2 Degress, their support is very very very very very shit...... L1 support have no idea what they talking about, only call picker, no IT knowledge at all and not listening customer. If they can't anwser question will let customer wait till to phone cutoff. As 10 years+ work for network admin role, use 2 Degrees network have to understand what is IT, their support for consumer is useless.

In July, 2degrees made a change which broke my VDSL internet entirely. After several calls and several pieces of bad advice we were finally able to get it working again. However, our download speeds had dropped from a consistent 125 Mbps to 40 Mbps. Several more emails and calls over the coming months lead nowhere except to the same confused and incorrect advice from their end. Eventually, the speeds began frequently declining to 20 Mbps, then ultimately 10 Mbps. We procured a second 2degrees FritzBox on our own and factory reset it - still the same terrible speeds. Eventually after 6 months of putting this off I've switched to Voyager and my speeds have instantly returned to 100 Mbps~ using the same router. No one at their end cares in the slightest, they couldn't even feign concern or muster any effort whatsoever throughout this entire process. 2degrees is a terrible company that I will never deal with ever again. ...read more
